Stitches (formerly Steigman Embroidery and Machine Quilting) came about from semi-retired folks wanting to do something to assist the community. We came to Camp Verde because one of our sons is attending Rainbow Acres. We decided to put our shop here because we wanted to support the town Rainbow Acres was in. Many art pieces have been made and donated to Rainbow Acres to support the fine work they do. We are not a high-volume shop. We are here to add the zest and excitement to those items that can use it and to offer a much needed local service to our new hometown.
We hope you will come by and see samples of our work. We offer quick turn-around times and great service.

Stitches in Camp Verde. I needed my sewing machine serviced and was told by a friend to take it to Stitches. Let me tell you...WOW! What a great guy! Dan looked it over while I was there, asked what the issues were, and gave me a quote. He noticed the foot was missing (must have fallen off in transport). I dropped it off Thursday afternoon, and he called Friday morning. My husband picked it up, (it has a replcement foot!!) and it runs better than brand new!!! Oh and he has a lot of nice fabrics in there!!!
Here are some reviews when I was still at Quilt’n Thyme Sew and Vac in Corning, California:

I went in the shop to drop off my machine to be serviced yesterday. I had a wonderful experience and received the help I needed. The people who work in there are so sweet. I wish I would've found this place sooner. I can't wait to go back again.

Great service and Dan did a great job on my 1090 Bernina which I just purchased site unseen out of state. Great communication and problem solution. Easy to work with. I have been shopping there for years. Nice people.

I recently had my sewing machine serviced here. It is running better than it has in years. They serviced the machine on the same day. I will take any of my sewing machines to them. I would highly recommend them.
